The team at Botania Relais & Spa is working tirelessly to adopt the health and safety standards required by the WHO, to guarantee the security of guests and staff. The following measures will ensure a safe and enjoyable holiday on the Green Island of Ischia.

AIR CONDITIONING AND AIR CIRCULATION

To avoid risks of contagion through the air conditioning systems, we will double the frequency of sanitization of the filters of air conditioners of common areas and rooms, which will be sanitized before each check-in.

SANITIZER DISPENSERS

In each area of the hotel, dispensers will be available for guests and staff to disinfect hands. PERSONAL SAFETY A doctor will always be available and inside the Relais there will be a figure responsible for the constant control of the application of the safety procedures. Access to the facility for staff will only be possible by measuring body temperature.

ROOMS

We will intensify the sanitization procedures (with particular attention to the items that come into greater contact) and we will integrate air sanitization with germicidal spray equipment. TRAINING All our staff are trained according to the WHO guidelines so that they can safely perform the assigned tasks according to their department.

RESPECT FOR DISTANCES THE STRUCTURE OF THE RELAIS

The property is privileged thanks to large spaces that have always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and where it is easy to keep their distance.

COMMON SPACES

We will guarantee social distancing by reducing the level of occupation of the property.

RESTAURANTS

Thanks to the large spaces both inside and outside, we will be able to guarantee the distance between tables in the restaurant ensuring total safety.

WELLBEING

The key word is "outdoor". We will offer outdoor yoga classes in close contact with nature. At Botania Relais & Spa, wellness has always revolved around the outdoor space. This year it will be even more so.

 EXTERNAL ACTIVITIES

All activities will be proposed following and respecting the distancing measures. In addition, the transfer service will be carried out with full compliance with all hygiene and sanitation rules for the driver and vehicle.
