Villa Visok is situated on the hillside just 200 metres from Maslinica on the peaceful Solta Island. The marina and beach are close to the villa, and there are plenty of natural wonders to enjoy on the island should you wish to explore.
Villa Visok offers the unforgettable opportunity to stay in a converted three-hundred-year-old castle by the sea. With seven bespoke suites sleeping up to twenty guests, mesmerising sea views, and unrivalled facilities, this is a luxury villa unlike any other.
The design carefully conserves the historic architecture and period features, while providing utmost comfort through high-quality bespoke furnishings and luxury amenities. Occupying more than 1500 square metres of space, this remarkable villa property is extremely spacious, with each suite offering a unique character and experience.
The villa’s most notable interior feature is an authentic private restaurant, with eighty seats indoors and a further one hundred and twenty outside.
A nearby wine cellar and meeting room facility provide the added potential for events. There’s also a remarkable, historic living room, complete with double-height beamed ceilings, a sumptuous lounge seating area, and an intimate dining space.
When it comes to relaxing, the villa’s serene wellness area, complete with Hamman, sauna, and spa treatment service is the perfect place to go. Or instead head to the sunny and secluded courtyard where you can take a cooling dip in the resort-size swimming pool, and dry off in style on one of the sun loungers. Watched over by the property’s beautiful castle tower, this space is an excellent place to relax with friends or family in the comfort of your own privacy.
Close to the villa, a state-of-the-art marina has been constructed and offers mooring for yachts up to thirty-five metres in length should you wish to hire a boat or arrive by sea.
Accommodation
Villa Visok offers seven suites, capable of sleeping up to twenty guests. Each room has been hand-designed with a unique concept and will offer sea views, an en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, minibar, safe and a telephone.
Six bedrooms are double bedrooms sleeping two guests, while an additional room is a family suite capable of sleeping, four guests. Four additional beds can be arranged for larger groups.
This lovely, wooded island (59 sq km) is a popular getaway for Split inhabitants escaping the sultry summer heat. The Romans called it Solentia (The Sun), but it first entered written history in the 4th century BC under its Greek name, Olynthia.
The island’s main entry point is Rogač, where ferries from Split tie up at the edge of a large bay. A road leads around the bay to smaller coves with rocky beaches, and another leads uphill to the island's administrative centre of Grohote.
If you are looking for things to do and don't mind a little adventure or exploration, then we recommend a private bike & mountain bike tour - this involves on and off-road biking from Split.
If that doesn't interest you, there is always the chance to rent out your own yacht and explore the blue lagoon or take some crafting classes to learn new skills.

WHAT ARE THE PROTOCOLS FOR EMPLOYEES?
• Employees are required to stay home if they are showing systems
of illness. They have been made aware of their available sick leave
and tests.
• Employees will be provided their own work tools and are not
permitted to share phones, desks, offices, or other work tools
and equipment with one another. This is to prevent the
potential spread of illness.

throughout the property. Workstations have been moved apart,
and shifts have been staggered. Those that can work
from home will do so.
• Social distancing is required in the employee break rooms.
